Product description
The MV-142 series PTFE unsintered tetrafluoroethylene tape is specially designed for extreme environments such as high frequency and high temperature. It is suitable for aerospace and high-performance electronics. It has outstanding tensile properties, high dielectric strength, and small thickness tolerances. In addition, the large-length seamless splicing and high physical performance consistency in the pressing process provide a guarantee for the wrapping speed of the cable production process.
Features:
High dielectric strength
High tensile strength/high elongation at break
High temperature resistance and low linear expansion coefficient
Small thickness tolerance, high consistency of physical property parameters
Chemically stable in a wide temperature range
The thickness and width can be customized
Application areas:
Insulation from extreme heat and chemical environment
Coaxial cable insulation
Power cable insulation
Thermocouple wire insulation
